The conference "The Future of Swiss Finance"
The Conference “The Future of Swiss Finance” – A Strategic Implementation of the Digital Neutrality Manifesto

On April 9, the Geneva Center for Neutrality will host an exclusive, invitation-only conference titled “The Future of Swiss Finance” in Geneva. This high-level event will bring together leading voices from Switzerland’s financial sector, including CEOs of Bordier & Cie, Citibank, and the Association of Foreign Banks in Switzerland.

More than just a gathering of banking leaders, this closed-door conference is a direct realization of the “Manifesto for a Digitally Neutral Switzerland”. Its purpose is to initiate a concrete dialogue on how the Swiss financial sector can evolve in alignment with the principles of digital neutrality — trust, independence, security, and innovation.

The conference will focus on strategic actions to modernize and safeguard Switzerland’s banking sector in the digital era:

• How can Swiss banks become champions of digital sovereignty and reduce dependence on foreign digital infrastructure?
• What role should digital residency and neutral financial infrastructure play in future banking operations?
• How can Switzerland’s reputation for neutrality be preserved and strengthened in the age of blockchain, AI, and decentralized finance?

By bringing financial leaders into the conversation outlined in the Manifesto, this event marks a vital step toward a future where Switzerland not only leads in traditional finance but also defines global standards for neutrality and integrity in the digital economy.

This event will serve as both a strategic think tank and a pragmatic roadmap session for the banking industry — turning vision into implementation, and principles into actionable reforms.
