Roundtable: "Switzerland and Digital Neutrality: Can We Maintain Our Independence?"

How do we define digital neutrality, what are its requirements, and what are the implications for a state's sovereignty and data security? What are the respective roles of private enterprise and the state in achieving true digital neutrality? Furthermore, could a framework enable neutral states, such as Switzerland, to build a sovereign technological ecosystem and offer advantages or opportunities for entrepreneurs and investors?
